Since our Cube's origin point is at the bottom, it will sit perfectly on top of
the other object. You can use the same workflow to move and align
other 3D models.
Tip: Always use the Snap to move and align objects with precision. The
Snap also works in Edit Mode for elements like edges and faces.
2.5.1 Pivot points and transformations
The origin point can assume additional functions in object manipulation,
like defining a pivot point for transformations like rotation and scaling.
For instance, if you select an object that has the origin point in their
center, you will get a rotation happening from that pivot, and all scaling
operations will either expand or shrink based on that point (Figure 2.23).
